Mr Reid, was once regarded as Australia’s leading sports administrator; later, recognised as a member of Australian Hall of Fame. Currently the Chairman of 2 ASX listed companies with operations in China. Former President of Tennis Australia and the Melbourne Football Club.

• G.H Reid Road Construction, Quarrying, Pre-Mix Concrete and Asphalt Group:
Listed the company on ASX and managed a merger of a group of companies with a total of 600 employees occupying 26% of the Melbourne premix concrete and asphalt market. Negotiated successful acquisitions and the sales for the group to Pioneer Concrete.

• Company Director:
Sought after for a directorial position by several companies within diverse industries. Served simultaneously for the board of 12 companies and organizations, as well as several government and community advisory boards. Acquired strategic holdings in 4 ASX-listed companies; instrumental in the successful re-development and subsequent sales.

• High Achiever (Sports):
As an amateur tennis player defeated three Wimbledon finalists, including Rod Laver during his Grand Slam year and was seeded 7th in the Australian Open Grand Slam.
